arrive incheon, went to the HUGE palace, learnt ice carving, visited ice gallery, fly to Jeju Island for dinner and checked in to our 1st hotel…

Day 2:

good Korean breakfast… visited the coast of Jeju… visited the Joanne Teddy Bear Studio where I got my Minomi (Lee Min Ho’s Bear)… went to the Orange plantation… visited Glass Gallery and had Sashmi for dinner

Day 3:

International buffet for breakfast… flew back to Inchon after 2 nights in Jeju… took a gondola ride to EVERLAND… shopped at wholesale shops for branded stuffs…

Day 4:

Arrive at the SKI RESORT… played with snow… learn skiing… went for hotsprings and PUBLIC SHOWER AREA… interesting experience there!

Day 5:

boat ride to Nami Island for Winter Sonata… visited the LOTTE WORLD & Folk Museum and had a good night at Stanford Seoul Hotel (out of best 4 hotels we stayed)

Day 6 & 7:

Last meal at Seoul… SHOPPED THE WHOLE DAY… visited another palace… visited the Seoul Tower and watched a Drawing Show…

I have things that I want to do for you but doing it will be another issue… I would want to focus on preparation of my future… like Work, Family and maybe a BF? LOL..

Recently, bought a life insurance for myself.. and made me calculate how much i am worth… it may sound crude to but that’s what financial planning is i guess…? Realise I do not have savings (like a proper one).. I want to save but its hard cause my mood to spend is stronger…

so i just have ONE Resolution!

to be FINANCIAL STABLE! this one goal includes me being wise in spending, work harder (more money), able to enjoy to a certain extend and also travel to Swiss!

i know i may sound very optimistic… but sometimes i do crack and fall… the graph always drawn everything goes up must always come down however i hope that i wont hit too hard to the ground and do my best =)

Following up with my previous resolution… I am not there yet… 2011 flew so fast especial after June… things falls into place and everything seems to sail through quickly…

Work have been great… Opportunities for me to learn is never stopping and I am starting a new year by taking French lessons sponsored by the company so I have better communication with my colleagues in France… Travelling is a requirement now for my job as the market demand outside Singapore is increasing…

I have my highs and lows with the family, I think I am maturing and mindsets are surely clashing cause we have our own ways on doing things… Sometimes I have several conflicts with my parents and siblings much lesser just a few hiccup here and there… But we ended the year well in KOREA! We spent the end of the year and starting of the year in a good way…

BF? Still no…

Why? I don’t really know…  I think I suck at love…

I liked a guy for quite a long time and then gave up after failing to get his attention… Then I moved on to get to know some guys but there isn’t any chemistry… I am still having faith but its beginning to slip off with much disappointment… lets hope 2012 is the year for me… im freaking 25! DAMN~

FINANCIALLY STABLE? Almost there… Im saving more for my travelling needs but nothing for the future… Cause maybe I don’t see any purpose to save? I understand this is not a very good attitude but why keep so much when I have no purpose of it… at least when I use the money to travel I am making myself happy to enjoy the moment…

One resolution I definitely achieve was TRAVELLING TO EUROPE! Hehe!

I manage to go to Switzerland too! France and Italy! AWESOME! It wouldn’t have been possible with the company’s invitation for my training in France and having Neuh to plan the Europe trip together… THANK YOU!

When the year of 2011 starts to slip away… I became closer to some people and drifted away from some… I pray and hope that it doesn’t drift any further cause I really treasure the friends I have~

I feel weak at times to the extent I feel that I am not good enough to be around friends… I guess I am punishing myself…

Yearly we had our ups and downs therefore we always need to grow stronger to lift our chin up high to prepare for more obstacles…

Although I sound optimistic now… but most of time I’m quite negative with my thoughts…

So resolution for the year of 2012! SIMPLE! I think everyone will know this…

TO BE IN A RELATIONSHIP!

Not too desperate but allowing more time to fulfill this part of my life… if it happens it happens… if not then its just not the time yet…

Went to like almost 11 places… Including breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurants… Did not do much shopping since we have to transfer another 3 more hotels inclusive of 1 more domestic flight back to Incheon….

But I still manage to buy something! Truly unexpected and damn excited for it… Hehe! Already loving it!

It’s going to be a quiet midnight countdown for me this year… Cause the concert is a little too far us to return after wee hours… So we just countdown from watching tv… And is still awesome cause i am able to watch many Korean Channels…. NICKHUN look SO HANDSOME in white suit and he is hosting together with  6 kpop artists…

I’m truly thankful for where I am now…. Physically, mentally, emotionally and psychologically… 2011 is definitely a blast for me as I am blessed with happiness and health… I would like to highlight that 2011 is THE YEAR! Goals were achieved and more life changing experiences to come…

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! And 2012 I’m ready for you!

Had 4 hours before our next domestic flight to Jeju Island… We had breakfast take a look around the Incheon city… Visited the ice gallery while trying to learn the ice carving skill… Then went to visit the famous big castle and the President’s Blue House… Awesome…

Took e flight to Jeju Island… Arrive in the evening just nice for us to have a typical Korean dinner… interesting experience indeed cause there were a lot of side dishes and good fish…

We are staying in Jeju Grand Hotel…. Nice place and very accessible to shops… So we managed to take a peek around before going to bed….

It is a time where the F&B industry are having promotion and shopping is MADNESS here! CRAZY! I avoid orchard road especially to be in the HUMAN TRAFFIC JAM~ unless no choice i have to fetch my mum (less likely to be in the jam)… I do my shopping mainly in heartland malls or Airport… LOL

So manage to shop for 2 exchange gifts events happening during Christmas eve and bought a few candies + chocolates for my students =)

Had my usual dance lessons every Saturday and then we had gift exchange after the class with a few of my close students… quite funny how it turned out… all in all… is for fun!

Had potluck Christmas dinner at Eunice’s place… i baked brownie and to be eaten with ice cream… Went there straight after my class… there were so much food and we couldn’t finish it…!

It was fun to catch up with everyone and knowing the things that we talked about eventually change as we grew… =) but we never fail to reminiscing about our dance life in poly… those were the times…

You maybe the best politician but it doesn’t mean you will live with everyone loving you…

Kuching’s name is originated from many sources. In the Malay language, Kuching means cat. Some say that Kuching originated from the Chinese word “Gu Chin” which means harbour. Others may say say that Kuching is named after a longan like fruit called Mata Kuching (Cat’s eye).

Reached in the morning at Kuching International Airport… Our agent fetched us from there to their office and then meeting with the customer… After a long day we had a good lunch at a local hawker having something different…

It rained quite heavy late afternoon before our flight back to KL… We did not manage to stick around to have a look… so it was only a quick stop…

Never seen a dramatic architecture hotel… look like a castle yet modern and the different side of wings are themed with different cultures… very chic at the same time… the best part also that its located just by the lake but sadly its not very convenient for shoppers or party people. Cause there isn’t any shopping centres nearby or any late night activities… the only entertainment you could find is the facilities or the bars in the hotel area…

Got a great room =) definitely comfortable~

Had dinner then we went to bed before our day flight tomorrow to Kuching…

the queue is abnormally LONG at the immigration counter… cause the amount of foreign workers checking out were A LOT and they were set aside to not disrupt others as they still have incomplete paperwork… Had someone from the hotel to pick us up at the airport after a 2 hours flight… surprisingly it took around 10minutes to reach the TIMES HOTEL… half shopping mall and half hotel… convenient with Giant too…

Went to a nearby town for a look and have dinner… called Yayasan complex… it was one of the busiest town back then since you can find anything you need there from fancy a freezer to wheel chairs… Unfortunately it was too quiet… like we were in the library and if we were to drop a coin on the floor we could hear from the other end… to make it interesting we manage to take a speedboat… $20 per ride… have a night tour around the Bruneian Kampong Ayer water village… they have the whole town build on sea… Complete with mosques, schools, police station, fire station, museum, etc… Amazing how they managed the area… peaceful, both modern and timeless.

Still couldn’t find a place to have dinner so we called for the driver to fetch us to another place… we ended up somewhere… finally a shopping mall which is actually busy… I tried a drink called “teh C cino”… taste more fragrant than the usual the one I tried before in Singapore… after so we took a walk to the night market … after 10plus went back to our hotel to rest as we have a meeting this morning…

Bandar Seri Begawan is the centre of Brunei’s commerce, finance and government with many landmarks… I managed to see the Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque which  is stunning… it shows that the country is grounded in Islamic tradition…

After the meeting we rushed back to our hotel to check out and fly to KL…

We we were out the whole day..

Shopped at haji lane…
Lunch at Zam Zam for the murtabak…
Shopped at Mustafa Centre…
Then karaoke for 3 hours…
Just nice for dinner time at Sedap Corner…

Will review about this food place soon… cause it’s awesome!!!!
